BEWARE of this scam artist. Bryan gave me different invoices that all equalled different amounts…read more the first invoice wasn't itemized so I asked for it to be the same way he sets up his estimates and when he did that, the amount was almost $1000 more. I asked for an explanation of the differences in price of the invoices and he wouldn't respond. I asked for a STAIN on my deck and he had his friends paint it and it was HORRIBLE. They got paint on my screen and my house. Just look at the pictures! I asked him to finish a room in my basement with texture and paint on the walls. I requested he use orange peel texture to match the entire rest of my house. the final project looks NOTHING like what I asked for. During this back and forth of me just trying to get my money's worth for what I paid for, he threatened legal action if I didn't pay. I asked for copies of the contract that I signed at the beginning of the project and he has ignored me and not provided me with the paperwork that I am legally entitled to. When I tried to use the yelp guarantee money back, he lied to them and said he didn't charge me for the paint or texture and wrote me an email saying I was abusing the system! He also posted pictures of my house on his Facebook page without my permission. Bryan will bully and threaten you and he does NOT know what he is doing. I wish I would've kicked him out of my house. PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I made.
