Also the bikes look like from the flea market. Old rusty and basically broken. But more expensive than flea.

I did talk with Michael, who is actually an Australian but speaks perfect German. I know my bikes to some extent and am in the market for a road bike, having lived in south Germany for almost 10 years and been exlusively on mtb's. I specifically wanted a Specialized, so I came here as they are an authorized dealer. OK, I was looking at a EUR3000 bike and not a sub-EUR1000 class ride. Nevertheless, Michael gave me great advice, answered all my questions about fit, offered an extensive fitting program were I to buy a bike and basically listened to my needs. I don't know whom the other reviewer spoke to but take my advice and go ask for Michael. I haven't yet purchased the bike as I am shopping around for the best deal but if I do decide to go the LBS (local bike shop) route, Pedalum will get my business. Now all they need to do is compromisse a bit more on the price! ;-)
