As a local chain, there aren't an overwhelming number of outposts, and the pizza is good enough that I've seen lines at both this Rio and São Paulo location. The large restaurant can hold a number of people and it's nicer than a typical grab and go pizza place. You'll find locals making the queue to celebrate their birthdays and other special occasions. If there is a line and you don't feel like waiting, I recommend grabbing a table in the bar area and ordering your pizza to-go. While we waited, our trio enjoyed a few beers and by the time the pizza was ready, so was our table. We simply asked them to skip the to-go request and serve us at the table. The menu is chock full of different pizza options and you can't go wrong.

They seem to have a really good logistic and organization, because when I was there it was almost full. But the service manages everything and nobody waits too long. Good administration! I loved it. The pizzas are the highlight and the desserts are like heaven too! The restaurant per se is big, elegant, clean, simply and beautifully decorated and seem to be "in" in the moment.
