They did not skip a beat and made it there early to make sure they could get to the venue, park, etc. They easily could've backed out and I wouldn't have even been upset because just the day before, the whole place was flooded, but they made it. Initially, she stated that she would make things right by refunding me, exchanging my hair extensions, redoing my makeup, and providing a photo shoot. These were the resolutions she initially offered in response to the issues with the services I received. Since then, her position has changed. She is now claiming that she will only refund $750, despite the additional resolutions she initially discussed. I reached out again on October 14 and have received no response. At this point, she has completely stopped communicating with me. What is most disappointing is not only the original experience but also the lack of follow-through and communication afterward. I gave her the opportunity to address my concerns privately and resolve the situation professionally, but I have been left without a resolution or even the courtesy of a response. I am updating this review so others can make an informed decision based on the full experience, including how the situation was handled after the initial services. I believe businesses should be accountable for the services they provide and the commitments they make to their customers. I hired this company to provide hair and makeup services for my wedding. I completed a trial and was very pleased with the results. I was instructed to purchase hair extensions through the salon and sent photos of my hair so they could be properly color matched. The salon also provided hair and makeup for my bachelorette party. At that appointment, the extensions were the wrong color. I immediately notified the stylist, who took the extensions back afterward and said they would be recolored before my wedding. On my wedding day, the extensions were still the wrong color despite the salon having advance notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. The mismatch is clearly visible throughout my professional wedding photographs, which cannot be recreated. After the wedding, the owner contacted me requesting permission to use my wedding photos for a wedding publication. I explained that I was disappointed because the mismatched extensions affected my wedding photos. The owner apologized, acknowledged that a photoshoot would not replace my wedding memories, and offered a complimentary photoshoot, replacement extensions, and an exchange for the extensions. She also expressed hope that they could "earn" my five-star review. I thanked her for the offer but explained I was not interested in recreating wedding photos. I accepted the offer to replace the extensions, but after that the salon stopped responding. I followed up twice and received no response. I attempted to resolve this matter directly before filing this complaint. The salon acknowledged the problem, offered a resolution, and then failed to honor it. I have photographs showing the color mismatch, the owner's written apology and offers, and my unanswered follow-up emails.

When I arrived, I had my two-year-old with me in a stroller. She was calm, quiet, and watching a movie completely unbothering anyone. The salon itself was nearly empty, with only one other client present. Instead of being welcomed, I was immediately met with a very cold and judgmental attitude from the front desk. I was looked up and down, along with my stroller, and told in a very rude and inflexible manner that children were not allowed and that I would either need to leave or reschedule. As a mother, it is not always easy to find time for self-care, and I made the effort to come in for this appointment. The lack of empathy or basic courtesy was honestly shocking. There was zero attempt to accommodate, problem-solve, or even speak kindly. To make matters worse, I was charged $75 (50% of the service) simply for having to leave despite the fact that the situation could have been handled with basic human decency and flexibility. I do want to note that Desi, the hairstylist, did try to be kind while witnessing the way I was being treated, and I appreciate that. I understand this situation was not her fault. However, the overall customer service and experience are a direct reflection of the business she represents. This was the first time I've ever experienced something like this at a salon. I left feeling embarrassed, dismissed, and frankly, discriminated against for being a mother. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon especially to other moms. There are plenty of places that treat clients with respect, kindness, and understanding. This was not one of them.

Took her time and buzzed my hair, then used the scissors. Heather shaved my neck and washed my hair. She blew my hair dry and I was done. She seems very experienced. Had a very light touch. I have to say that the salon is brand new and looks very upscale. The staff was friendly and professional. There were two hair stylists there. I really liked that they can speak Spanish and were able to cater to both me and my mom. They both welcome walk ins and have their appointments as well throughout the day. I left with one of the best haircuts I've ever payed for (definitely coming back and asking for Rebeca). They even welcome pictures, that way they can duplicate what you show them and of course customize to your liking. My mom and I were very impressed. Side Note: They even have a separate room in the back of the salon for waxing services. We didn't get anything done today, but I'm sure that my mom will be coming back and trying that herself.

Well, she obviously all of a sudden had her friends post good reviews to offset mine....earlier today she said she would refund the haircut, but since I called her unprofessional she will not. Also if I don't take down a bad review she will not correct the color of my daughter's hair.....I can show the messages she has sent via yelp to prove it.....all in all, my daughter did not receive a service and she will not refund me....and she will not color correct her hair unless I take the negative review down. She evened out and blended my layers so that they are much more uniform and flattering, I've thankfully lost the awkward "layer shelf" I had before. She also flat ironed my hair and put in some amazing smelling oil that gave me beautiful shine.
