Selling a vehicle with an open safety recall--especially one involving potential safety hazards--raises serious concerns regarding: Failure to disclose material defects Lack of due diligence prior to sale Potential violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) As a result of Pegasus' actions, I am now: Without a vehicle Still responsible for a loan tied to this purchase Forced to rely entirely on the manufacturer for resolution Pegasus has made zero effort to assist or advocate on my behalf, nor have they offered any form of transportation or resolution. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and consumer protection standards. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Pegasus to verify recall status independently before signing anything.
