Now that my favorite hairdresser moved to here I followed him and was really happy to come here, so I went here already the second time. The płace is very nice, neat and spacious. It's in the 1st level of a new building with really nice and big windows which makes the place really bright compared to the other locations. The staff is super friendly, there is English and German speaking people. You get always water with fresh lemon and mint, a coffee or some other drinks. The hairdressers are very skilled and cut your hair precisely and modern. Price is very good to me. You can get it cheaper but they take very good care of your hair, take their time and use just the best products. My girlfriend approved the service for dying and nails as well, the people are very helpful, skilled and patient.

I literally will never go anywhere else in Warsaw, after finding them. You can tell they take pride in their work and will listen to whatever concern or want that you convey to them. They do this with ease and with out making you feel uncomfortable. They are professional, courteous, friendly and are fabulous at what they do. They do gel, hybrid, traditional manicures and pedicures all in a lovely and clean setting. They have three different locations making them easily accessible all around Warsaw. My favorite is the one on Belwederska. Miss Tosha is my life saver and because of her artistry and her professionalism in her work, I will never step foot into another salon in Warsaw again. Thank you ladies for everything, I never leave disappointed!!

Back then, they were a relatively new business that was still establishing its customer base, and they put much care into their work. Now, Rostowski's services feel less personal and rushed (However, they don't seem to lack customers, and they are always booked up a few days in advance). On my last visit, I went to Rostowski Barber Shop to get my beard trimmed and shaped. I have a long beard (about 6in or 15cm), and I am particular about how I want it to look. I explained to the barber that I just want it trimmed a bit and cleaned it up. The barber asked me if I want it rounded or just "let it stick out like it already does." I agreed that rounding the beard's edges would be a good idea since that is, in my opinion, what gives the beard its shape. The barber did his thing for about 15 minutes to reveal my beard trimmed in a V-shape instead of round. My beard's hair was cut short on both cheeks and almost came to a point at the bottom. That is not what I would consider rounding. It seems that after our discussion, the barber ended up doing what he saw fit instead of what I wanted (I speak fluent Polish, so nothing got "lost in translation"). When I complained to him, he said that it only looks so pointed because he brushed it that way. However, rebrushing it did not change its shape. As any barber should know, the shape of the beard is not determined so much by the way the beard is brushed but by how it is cut. Needless to say, this was a disappointing experience. Given how pricy Rostowski's services are, I am not going to be a returning customer.
