Once it was time for our appointment, Flor took the time to listen to our ideas and why they were so sentimental to us. While waiting for her to sketch (the studio only does original work) we were treated to biscuits and other refreshments to enjoy while listening too an eclectic rock station. Nahuel, the owner, was very thorough in making sure that we had everything that we needed. While watching the employees interact with each other, it was evident that everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. When Flor showed us her finished product, not only were we given what we had agreed upon, she also took it upon herself to let her creative juices flow and run with our idea to show us different variations of our vision. While we have both been inked before, these were our most ambitious pieces yet. For my partner, it was his first hand tattoo. For myself, it was my largest tattoo- about 6x4". The entire time, we and Flor were getting to know each other, sharing stories and places to go in each others cities. Flor took her time while tattooing us, and was also open to suggestions along the way. Other employees peeked their head in to watch our progress, it was clear that everyone was just as excited for the final outcome as we were. Once my partner and I were finished, we were offered tattoo care kits that came in original packaging that matched both the wall and pillows. Clearly a lot of thought went into the patron having a consistent experience from start to finish. Now, about a week later, both of our tattoos are healing beautifully and we have already gotten a bunch of compliments over them. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Plus they get lots of guest artists who stop in to the studio to take appointments for a week or so, meaning you can get some excellent artwork here. The owner has been at this for a long time and does really beautiful traditional old school tats. Prices aren't bad at all, pay in cash and go beforehand to talk about what you want done, sketch it out etc. Nice people, great shop.

It's GREAT work, and only cost $69usd. I'll also add that I had some scheduling issues that were resolved beautifully. I made my appointment in April, for November. When I called to confirm my appointment while I was in the area, they told me that Monday was a holiday and was there any way I could come the next day. I explained I couldn't because I had a flight home on Monday. They got me in on Saturday with no issue, I didn't feel rushed or worked in at all. Also, they followed all standard hygiene protocol and had a great environment. Would highly recommend!!!!
