During hanging and obstacle exercises, there were moments when children needed help but no coach was nearby to assist or spot them safely. For a ninja-style program involving climbing, swinging, and elevated obstacles, consistent supervision and equal attention to all children should be a basic expectation. What was also disappointing was the lack of concern or follow-up when we chose to withdraw. No one asked why we were leaving or seemed interested in understanding our experience, which left us with the impression that parent feedback and individual student experiences were not being taken very seriously. For parents considering this program, I would recommend paying close attention not only to the facility itself, but also to how consistently all children are supervised, guided, and included during class.

In fact, a couple of parents were so impressed that they asked us how we found the place and whether it was somewhere we visited regularly. One of the best parts was that, by the end of the two-hour party, the kids had created substantial pieces of artwork that they could proudly take home and show off. It made the experience feel much more meaningful than just another birthday party activity. The space itself is another big plus. It's spacious and thoughtfully set up, with plenty of room for the kids to work on their projects and for parents to relax and enjoy themselves. Even with the usual birthday party essentials like pizza and cake, we never felt cramped, which has not always been our experience at other venues. And then there's Ms. Noga, the owner. She really knows how to engage with kids, understand what excites them, and adapt the activities to keep them interested and involved. She runs the whole experience exceptionally well, and you can tell she genuinely understands children and their creativity. I know Sit and Kit offers programs for different ages and backgrounds, but I can only speak to our birthday party experience--and based on that, I highly recommend this place. If you're looking for a creative, memorable activity for your kids or a birthday party venue, Sit and Kit is absolutely worth checking out!

The kids all had a great time painting portraits of Squishmallows, which they all got to take home with them after the party. The instructor, Noga was helpful and encouraged the kids to express their own creativity while still providing guidance. All of our guests have expressed to me how wonderful the party was! We are looking forward to returning to Sit and Kit to try out more of the many fun projects they have displayed throughout the studio!

Honestly, it deserves way more hype -- the website and Yelp don't show how clean, big, and spacious it really is. The blue slide is definitely designed for kids; it's pretty tough for adults to get onto, especially if you're tall, so keep that in mind. The employee working today was the sweetest, kindest soul -- amazing with kids and genuinely speaks highly of her boss, which says a lot about the environment here. Overall, a super refreshing experience and absolutely worth the visit.

The play mats are visibly dark and dirty, and I've noticed the same sock stuck in one of the overhead play structures across multiple visits, which makes me question how thoroughly the play areas are being cleaned. There's also a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout the facility. I do see staff vacuuming the carpets, which I appreciate, but I'd love to see more attention given to wiping down and sanitizing the toys, mats, and high-touch play surfaces. It's a convenient place for families, and with more consistent cleaning, it could be a much better experience!

I sent an email to Rick at TBF, and he followed up within 24 hours. He then reached out to Springfree to find out the process and explained I needed to follow my issue with the warranty via Springfree. Springfree replaced the mat, no problem BUT would NOT install since I purchased through a distributor. SO, I emailed Rick to see if he could replace it for us (not the easiest to do and we did originally have TBF install the trampoline for us.) Without hesitation Rick's guys were out and installed the new mat no problem. We are so happy with our trampoline and the customer service by TBF! Thanks Rick!!!!

First of…read moreall, their website has zero information on it regarding the playtime, so Yelp/word of mouth was the only way I knew about it. Waze took us to the old location, but luckily someone here on Yelp had said it was by Napa Auto Parts. So if you are trying to come here, DON'T follow Waze! Go to Napa Auto Parts and then go around the corner and you'll find it. It was $10 to play, not $7 as someone else mentioned, so clearly their price has gone up. In addition, the door was held open and it was cold inside so wearing layers would be suggested. But we were the only 2 people in the whole place and our toddlers loved jumping on the different trampolines and exploring all of the different playsets/slides. We will likely return again at some point during our inevitably rainy winter months!
