I selected B & B Flowers as they had online ordering and had a beautiful arrangement which included Moms favorite flower which is an Iris. I went with their Blue Horizon arrangement and selected the Premium option as bigger is always better when it comes to birthday flowers for Mom. It's always a crap shoot when ordering flowers online as you never know what you are going to get when the arrangement arrives. You can't trust reviews either so you just gotta go with it and home the shop delivers on their end providing you with their best and most accurate arrangement of the flowers in the photo. B & B Flowers did just that! The only thing I wish that was provided was an email confirmation. After you place the order you get an immediate confirmation screen with order number and details etc. but if you close out that window you loose that. It would also be great to receive a delivery confirmation. But Mom got them and loved them so a job well done to B & B Flowers.

First the negative: I placed an online order on a Sunday night for a Tuesday delivery. It did not arrive. My sister called to say no flowers when she arrived at my mom's late Tuesday evening. These flowers were supposed to brighten her Birthday Day. I reached out that evening to the florist through their contact online and their response the following morning was: "Hi, my name is xxxx from the flower shop. We've been trying to look for your address in my information is xxxxx and I cannot find it. It's the north or the south. Let me clear this up. When I placed the order I put My cell number in the order; in case of just such a situation. My phone was not called until after I complained about NON-DELIVERY. I sent not only a screenshot of where the address I gave them was, but showing how to get there from their location. This was not new construction, it's an older established neighborhood. They responded they had delivered the flowers that morning and I received an online confirmation. I asked why they hadn't called and the response I got is "I did call". My response was TODAY, not yesterday when you chose NOT to make this delivery on time. Unfortunately...no one was home that day AND they sat outside all day until late that evening. Small town, big impact when you fail to provide good customer service. I'll be sure to share my story with every source who asks for a review. I'm sure you can handle walk in business but truly, you should stay out of the delivery side of floral business. Now the positive: On the plus side the flowers were nice just a little worn for sitting outside all day. And not arriving on time.
