They don't kleen the beds well enuff! My friend and I went tanning there and my bed seemed to be okay but my friend had a reaction on her skin where her body made contact with the bed. Thinking that she had a bad sunburn, she showed the attendant her skin. The attendant said that the person tanning before her used a lotion with tingle sizzle in it and that it must have gotten on her skin therefore causing the painful, red skin irritation. My friend paid for a tan and got something she didn't want! No apology, no refund, no nothing except advice for her to go buy(ya, spend more money!) on aloe gel and told her it will go away. If you go here, make sure that you re-kleen the beds yourself so this don't happen to you! read more

Stopped going to fabutan because they have WAY too many rules. I bought a three month tanning package as I was going on vacation to a hot location. First rule, I was required to physically produce my 'sun googles' and show them to the girl at the counter. They have no way of knowing if I use the googles or not. Truth is, I never tan my face and keep it covered with two hand towels folded into four sections, which means eight pieces of towel between the tanning bulbs and the skin (on my face) so making me show my googles is ridiculous. Second rule, I was told I could not use 'spray tanning lotion' in the rooms. They said that the spray got all over the room, on the floor, on the walls and on the beds. So I stopped spraying at the salon and started spraying at home before I went to the salon. It is next to impossible to get regular suntan lotion on your back and I was burning my back because there was no lotion on my skin. Third rule, I could only tan every 24 hours. So one day I showed up for my appointment 30 minutes ahead of schedule because I got off work early and she wouldn't let me start my tan, even though all the rooms were empty, she made me sit and wait for 30 minutes before letting me go in.
