Charged her $163 (before gratuity). When I phoned to ask for an explanation they said she was charged for the senior stylist rate plus an extra colour fee, what is with the senior stylist fee?! Not to mention they got rid of their cut and colour discount cards. I know they are more expensive than some and the stylist she goes to is a quality stylist, but to go almost double on the quote seems way out of line!! She loved the highlights her friend just got done at Green Apple in Red Deer for $80, totally worth the drive unless someone can recommended a straight up salon in Lacombe.
