Fabulous Flower is a beautiful shop. I was really looking forward to making an order and I wasn't disappointed to walk in and find the most gorgeous flower displays and scents. All of them looked amazingly colourful and fresh.
It was then rather disappointing to walk out of the shop sometime later not having ordered any flowers at all! This is down to an unfortunate misunderstanding by the lady who served me. I was looking for their recommendations in having a custom-made table centrepiece created, but somehow the lady seemed to believe I was asking for help in making my own. I felt very embarrassed that she looked to be struggling with suggestions when I had not stated at any point that I wanted to do a DIY project. I have no clue where this impression came from. I eventually left having got no further along in what I wanted but felt too inhibited with other customers in the shop to correct this mistaken impression.
Having heard so many positive comments and seen Fabulous Flower's stunning and imaginative designs I am sure that they are every bit as good, if not more so, than reputation says. It might be a help to be extremely clear in what you are looking for, as the lady I dealt with didn't seem to understand my requirements or ask any questions that could have resolved the confusion. read more
