Not so Friendly, recently went to Smoker Friendly in Greenfield. I have been to this store many…read moretimes. I tried to purchase some cigars {Trader Jacks), There were none on display so I asked the cashier did they have any open bags to buy singles ones. He go on to tell me, they only sell them by the bags. I told him I have bought here out of the bags before. He went on to tell me they never sell them out of the bags. When I inform I bought some a couple months ago, He wanted to argue and thread to kick me out of the store.The young man only have been working there a year. The older gentlemen was helpful but the young man had a Bad Attitude.He shouldn't be working in public service.

I used to work for a close competitor of theirs and they blew us away, if we didn't have a certain other licensed product that they can't sell themselves they would have shut down our store I'm most sure of it. The day in question I stopped at another smoke shop and I found a water bong well this one was missing a couple of things and the price was more than I wanted to pay so I went looking for the same bong so I stopped at your place, bad mistake, I went in and the place was empty so I went looking, I tried to ask a few questions but after the first one he got on the defensive and got prissy with me which got under my skin so I was giving back what he was giving me, some other people came in and he said do what you want I'm going to help some normal people he said that just when I found the bong I was looking for so I waited till he was done and walked around the store avoiding me and when he finally came over he said have you found what you want I am not wasting my time on you and even after all his crap I still bought the bong.
