I arrived here in search of a zipper for a coat. I was immediately greeted by two extremely kind female employees at one of the counters. They took the time to help me troubleshoot my zipper woes as well as help me select the proper size. I can honestly say I've never had such a warm welcome into a retail store anywhere. Kudos gals and if you're reading this... I managed to install said zipper! You gals rock. read more
