Bought both my serger and sewing machine there and have bought several refurbished machines for community organizations. I drive from Toronto to get my machines serviced and scissors sharpened there. They are that good.

I took an embroidery machine in last year to be fixed, when I picked it up it was still not working…read more,so I had to take it back, this year when I took it back for a cleaning,it came back unusable, it's banging and clanging,he put some cheap plastic foot on it the squeaks and sounds like a train coming threw my place. The embroidery designs will not even sew right. The tall blonde lady was stuck up with me, took my money and didn't tell me they ruined my machine, so today I have to throw it out. I won't be back there , and would NOT recommend this place.

Some blinds even have high insulating value, since winters in this area can be cold and snowy. Gail ordered all the right products, and when they arrived, her staff then installed the blinds. Follow-up was excellent too: some latches were not holding blinds in place (manufacturer problem, not the retailer's fault), and she had this addressed promptly, at no charge to us. Her constant help all the way from start to end, and beyond, in the process, as well as recommending and supplying high quality products mean we would not hesitate to recommend Gail and Inside Ideas for any interior design needs.
