After a tiktok went viral of my experience the manager decided to call me the next day even though she was on the phone with the front desk when I was there the day before but didn't want to speak to me then. The waxer humiliated me just because I have a disability! That is illegal and is discrimination! The manager offered free service and advised me to go to a different location next time where they are trained better! Really? That's how you treat clients by telling them to go to a different location next time? I didn't come here for free service, I came here for professional treatment!
