Her pulls were smooth, quick, and didn't hurt the way I'm used to, honestly, I was shocked. She's gentle but still gets the job done right, and her energy made the whole experience comfortable. She was an absolute joy to have all up in my lady parts (in the most professional way possible!), and I truly appreciate the care she took from start to finish. The…read morestudio is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the entire experience feels much more personal than the big chain waxing places. April was fantastic, very professional, personable, and clearly very good at her craft. She was thorough without making the appointment feel rushed and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I had my ears and nose waxed, and the results were excellent. They must use higher-quality products than some of the other places I've tried because my ears and nose are completely hair-free with absolutely no irritation afterward. That has definitely not always been my experience elsewhere. Great service, great results, and someone who really knows what she's doing. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend April and NOOD.
