Customer service is non-existent. I will NEVER deal with this company again. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times and one thing they are very good at, is stalling. Evidently, they have never heard of a recovery process, when something goes wrong. Even if they did business in the States, I would not deal with them, based on their lack of customer service.
