With a great range of classes, awesome professors and a lot of modern equipment, this gym is a great choice for people in the region...yes going to gym sucks but Bio Ritmo makes it less sucky. A grade de horários oferece aulas frequentes e variadas. A piscina é deslumbrante. O custo mensal -- que chega até R$1200 e cai com planos, descontos etc. -- é muito... para mim, pelo menos. This gym is extraordinary -- perhaps the best I've seen anywhere. It has everything for any sporty person, from the serious athlete training for competition to someone casually trying to keep the pounds off. There is plenty of space and more than enough weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights. The schedule offers frequent and varied classes. The pool is stunning. The monthly cost -- which tops out at R$1200 and drops with membership, discounts, etc. -- is probably worth it, if you can afford it... but still enough to make me sit out for a couple months. But that's not the gym's fault.

This small fitness center…read moreoffers the core essentials: -free weights -weight machines -treadmills -elliptical -group classes -spinning I haven't taken any of the classes yet, but they range from muay thai to mat pilates. If you're the type that gets stuck in traffic after work, you'll be happy to know the classes start at around 5pm and go until 9pm. Another cool thing is they offer boxing at 12pm and the morning classes start at 6:30 and go through 10:30am. On the down side, I find the price to be quite high and the plans are somewhat convoluted by changing the price based on whether you pay by the month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, or annual. Then again, this way of charging is a local trend, so I know it's not unique to Concept. They also offer a number of plan options whether you want to do the standard gym with access to the across-the-street crossfit gym or standard gym with private pilates. Overall, it's a solid 3.5 experience.
