No offer of any type of refund for the ineffectiveness of their service...they came out once or twice more but didn't do ANYTHING to remedy the issue. So I was left paying for a repair that either wasn't needed in the first place or didn't fix the problem they assured me it would. The last guy that came out (apparently one of the owners) was very snippy and sarcastic about the situation as well. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone since they bilked me out of thousands.

After seeing their bio from other customers I contacted them but found they were not taking any new customers. I decided to leave a message to see if he could give me a recommendation of who he would use in his home, if needed. I explained to him we both had serious breathing issues and used oxygen in the home. He returned our call that day and we talk about what our needs might be. He suggested coming to our home and doing a walk through. He introduced us to the Mitsubishi Split System that provides both heating and cooling. This also ended the need for us to use our old, dirty vent system which was a huge benefit for our lungs. Joe was excellent to work with. He answered our questions truthfully and he did what he said he would do. Joe is well versed and knowledgeable in the AC/HEATING field. He scheduled our job for one day and he would have met that goal if it had not been for a late afternoon thunderstorm. He was back in the morning and finished our job before noon.
