They said they would keep me updated and said I would wait in for her to arrive and they rang and said she had turned back instead of waiting on the motorway but never said she was never going to turn up. I waited till 12.15 and was asked to make another appointment and told them I was not going to be let down again and will take my business elsewhere. It was a pitiful excuse and so glad I didn't pay for a funeral with them.
