When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.
