I called the police since I thought it was stolen. They told me it was in a storage facility because it had been towed!!!!! I've never heard of "head in" parking. Backing in to spaces is my usual way of parking. I was, however, parked in visitors parking area. What really got me to boiling point is I called the owner COUNTLESS times that morning and NO ANSWER!!!! I finally reached someone DAYS later and he was ZERO percent apologetic and compassionate toward my situation. Only kept saying he wasn't gonna be in the negative due to me. I'm sorry, but as a business sometimes a kind gesture will go a lot further than a small fee (to a company)!!! Hope he will understand that sometimes eating a small cost will benefit in the end. There was an exorbitant fee to release my car. It was a total nightmare!

Best Houston Towing really is the best in Houston!!! Despite the circumstances, I had a WONDERFUL…read moreexperience!! Last Friday morning I came back from running a morning errand and noticed that my daughters car (parked in our gated community and under a carport) had its tires and rims stolen and the car was on cinderblocks!!! Awful! After calling 911, notifying our community manager, taking pictures, calling out of work, contacting insurance (this incident was NOT covered), and getting my mind right, I started calling local towing companies. This proved to be quite the chore. Many tow companies don't tow cars with no rims and tires. I mean, I get it but, what's a person to do?! I then found one that was going to charge me A LOT ... including a deposit and $5 per mile to the cars destination. Yikes! I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! I am beyond thankful for the great customer service and support from Best Houston Towing, and really helped to turn a bad situation into a positive one!! Definitely utilize them for your towing needs and I know I will as I need to in the future! They are AMAZING!!!
