Upon seeing how small the job was he told me he would cut it for free. To my surprise he went into the shop for no more than 60 seconds. Came back out and again told me no charge. Most shops would have charged me for the small job (which is understandable) but Carlos just wanted to help. Hoping this review reaches people on the fence to use Carlos - definitely would recommend.

(Some of the "big box" grills were also due to central air that had been installed in the house prior to my purchase) The grills from Coco Architectural are absolutely beautiful and make the wood floors "pop out" at you. They have definitely added value to my home. The professionalism and service from Coco Architectural was fabulous. I recommend them to everyone. All of my grills were a different size and I realize this was a very small job for them. They did not make me feel at any time that this was too small for them. My guy gets there for aluminum and he's given steel. When my guy returns back with the material. I asked if he indeed asked for aluminum, he explained he did. I called Anthony and he tells me oh well he asked for the wrong material. I said that was the reason why I called ahead. I find that wild that you didn't let your guys in the shop know that... we are a school district and the fact that you wouldn't work with us on a return is crazy when we've spent money several times...
