Multiple loan officers called after my husband and I both couldn't get a hold of anyone and no calls back after multiple voicemails. I filled out a credit app 5 hours later no one's called I called and no one's assigned my loan. The person on the phone at 3:30 says maybe in the next couple days? Ridiculous. I use a different company fill out and application and have my money within 2 hours. Do not waste your time with cmccu.

Multiple issues. Came in at 4:30PM Friday, told me they had already closed out and could not open…read morean account until Monday, despite the bank not fully closing until 5:30PM. I am not sure why they have no weekend hours for a bank -a somewhat important business to keep open regularly for a town. Had to inform an employer of this delay when they were expecting the account info by Monday. Had me calculate math for them rather than calculating it for me on a separate instance. Halted my account another time when I tried buying online as a security measure, resulting in me losing out on a limited time deal of just shy of a hundred dollars off a camcorder. I feel like I am their worker rather than their customer. Would not recommend.
