I was with this agency for ten years. I never made a claim and had multiple vehicles and homes. I…read morerecently made a claim. My shower was leaking into our basement and bedroom. I was told it was long term damage and would not be covered. We have not lived in the home for a year and was not in the inspection report. I also had been paying insurance on a home I didn't own. It was never made right and could not get them to return my calls about it. My mother had claimed her roof for hail damage and was told it was defective shingles. At the end of the day you will pay for insurance but will not have it . I would stay way from this agency. I am writing this because there are to many hard working good people left in this world to be taken advantage of.

Switched immediately, then due to a mixup on our bundled home and auto after refunds were issued, we owed $30. We didn't realize it was an accurate bill, recieved one copy by mail and were turned over to collections in 60 days. VERY dissapointed all the way around on the customer service and pricing.
