When we first arrived a very nice staff member came over and asked if we needed help but then wasn't pushy when we said we were just looking. Being with my boyfriend we inevitably ended up looking at the car stereos and then he started on a conversation with one of the male staff about a problem he was having with his sub. The guy was very knowledgeable and asked him lots of questions to determine the cause of the problem. We left the store with a better idea of how to fix it and although we didn't buy anything they were still friendly to us.
