He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves. If you're booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.

Our driver was at Heathrow when we arrived - he stayed in close cell phone contact we us until we met him in front of Costa Coffee. He was very professional, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the trip to Leicester was wonderful. Our return trip was in a larger vehicle with a different driver - he also stayed in close contact with us and met us in the lobby of our hotel. He was very personable and helpful, and the return trip to Heathrow was flawless. At all times we felt safe and secure. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy extended by both drivers and with the company in general.
