Brought a car to wash and it came out with a lot of scratches. There were also small chips of paint on the front bumper. They take zero responsibility and offer a free car wash as if that'll fix the damage on the car. I used to come here all the time, but not anymore. I do not recommend this place, it is very unreliable. read more

Every time I use this car wash I leave with my car, roughly 20% cleaner. The car wash does not clean your car any better than spraying your garden hose on your car (no soap or scrubbing) would do. Also the dryer does nearly nothing. Waste of time every time. read more

Now manager takes my info, I come back a few days later to find out there manager quit ! So now I leave my info once again with a employee while the owners still continue to ignore me and not contact me back! Came to get my car washed for the weekend to just end up with a broken windshield that now I have to pay for , it's completely damaged. I had been coming to this place because I like how the drive-through leaves your car, the drying power, and the vacuum work great... But on November 9, after the employee (didn't even bother getting his name) who drives this Equinox was rude to us: I'll be finding a new car wash place. We were waiting around the drive-through exit, as all the vacuum stalls were occupied: the man drives up behind us, gets off his car starts yelling at us, and tapping on our window to move out of way, and TO PARK IN THE HANDICAP STALL (which we're not handicapped). He starts mumbling in English that it doesn't matter the Handicap stalls are for EVERYONE TO USE!!! and we refused to move . . . He squeezed past us and proceeded to not only park in the handicap area, in the NO PARKING ZONE - And if that wasn't enough the man wasn't even on the clock!?!?! Great location right next to the freeway. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is helpful, colorful, and bright. The car wash experience is practically a mini light show that the kids enjoy. Vacuums work very well. Definitely recommend this place. Quick and easy. read more

I had a great experience at this self service car wash. When I arrived, the manager approached my car pleasantly and informed me of my options. He then gave me a high quality microfiber cloth and a towelette to clean my dashboard. After I drove through the car wash I parked in one of the self service spots and began to vacuum and dry off my car. I'm from Brooklyn, NY so I wasn't familiar with self service car washes but other customers and the manager helped me figure out how to use all of the tools they offer. I spent almost an hour cleaning my car. Not once did I feel rushed. All of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back here. Next time I think I'll sign up for their affordable membership for unlimited monthly car washes. read more
