I called and left a message for the manager while standing in their shop. I received a return call from the owner, Todd, about 10 minutes later, stating that she had a different story and was probably having a bad day. I asked the owner to please watch your video and the interaction. He continued to make excuses. I don't need anyone to like me, but as a customer, you should be pleasant at the very least.
