These guys scam people. My sister in law who is new to the country went in here to get her tires change which they did fine. They then tell her her brakes will fail and then ask for prepayment which my sister in law mistakenly agreed to. They then do what some unscrupulous mechanics do and call and tell her she needs these "special brake pads" which cost an additional 200 bucks. She has a Kia not a Lambo sports car. 500 all told. The beautiful part is when the mechanic called and asked my sister in law to borrow 400 bucks. Thankfully she realized what was going on and ended the conversation. Absolutely bonkers! They took advantage of someone and should be ashamed. read more

I got a flat tire while driving on the freeway, and had to take the nearest exit. Pulled over as quickly as I can to be safe. EZ tires was directly across the street. (By God's grace !) They replaced my tire in 15 minutes and were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going there for my future tire needs. read more

I had a tire installed here on Sunday evening. By Monday morning the tire was completely flat. I brought my car back expecting them to check the issue since they had just installed the tire less than 24 hours earlier. Instead of standing behind their work, they told me it would cost another $50 to fix the tire. I was disappointed because when a tire goes flat the next day, it seems reasonable for the shop to at least inspect or repair it without charging again. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this shop if you expect them to stand behind their installation. read more

Ez..more like LazY I've stopped by this tire shop multiple times trying to give them business, and every experience was disappointing. The first time, I asked about getting a tire when I got paid and simply asked if I could get some air. I was told to pump it myself. Fine, no problem. I came back again and got the same energy. Then I stopped by at 5:00 PM, well before their 6:30 PM closing time, ready to buy a tire for my 22-inch rim. The older gentleman barely looked and immediately started acting like it was too much work. I told him I didn't care if the tire was new or used. What made it worse was that the younger employee had already told me they had tires available for my size. At that point, it felt less like they didn't have a tire and more like they just didn't want to help. Nobody seemed interested in making a sale or assisting a customer. After several visits, the common theme wasn't inventory issues--it was laziness. Save your time and go somewhere that actually wants your business. And one last thing: the name might be EZ Tires, but there wasn't anything "easy" about getting service. More like Lazy Tires. read more

They lie about pricing and try to trick you. They do services without getting it approved first. Then when mentioned I was quoted $30 they said they had to do a bunch of other things that were NOT approved by me. And now it was $60. Then he said that he would have to put it back into its original state and $8 to fill ONE tire. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Not polite people. read more

Careless, they will stratch your wheels, uneven balance, uses wrong wheel spacer when balancing your wheels. Do not recommend. They threw the wheels in my car so i wouldnt see. Tried to blame the paint on the wheels itself. I rather go down the street to chat chai tires or valley tires and wheels. This place doesn't deserve 1 star or business read more

Stopped by on a Saturday for new tires owner had very good pricing, I had aftermarket wheel lock that I lost my the master key too he went above and beyond to remove them for me with NO CHARGE. Pissed I had to come back here being my previous experience 7years ago was terrible but I blew a tire down the road and had to settle. Needless to say these guys still suck. Mounted a tire and didn't balance it.....got on the freeway it was loud as hell....had to turn around and tell them to balance it and they acted irritated with me but I pressed that they get over themselves and do it or they could take the tire they sold me off and give me my money back. They balanced it and I got back on the freeway same shit....this place is a joke. Took it to a shop down the street, they said they get a lot of customers that say they hate this place too...balanced it for me and fixed the issue. Rude and suck at what they do. read more

Service was horrible. When I pulled up the owner was smoking weed in a car . The only reason why I came is because they quoted me a good price and when I got there they want to charge me extra . I spent $150 on tires . The next day my tire was flat I had to take it back and he told me to take it to another shop because this compressor was broken and he'll give me $10 off the next tire so I took it to the tire shop and they told me he sold me bad tires. Funny situation how i ended up @EZ Tires, initially was getting an alignment @CaliCustom Alignments. When I made the appointment i was scheduled for the alignment and tire mount, when i showed up they had told me there tire machine was not working at the time. Chris at CaliCustom took care of me and personally drove to EZ Tires and they were super understanding and kind (mind you we showed up unannounced). My husband and I had a flat some time close to 6 pm not may tire ships were still open but they where so it was the only option besides Walmart we stopped in and asked if they had a tire in the size we needed they did not have the size we needed so we asked them to put air in it so it wouldn't go completely flat on the way to WalMart to hopefully get a tire that fit. Jacked up the prices and lied about not being able to keep my old tires. When I came here before to replace my tires they had no problem giving me the option of taking my old tires back if I wanted them. This time I had decent tires on but I was upgrading to bigger tires and they told me they couldn't give them back to me. I didn't think too much of it at the time but now I realize they are a scummy business and have lost a regular customer. read more

My husband and me stumbled across this place while going to store. We needed oil change soon and Chrysler dealer ship charges $100 and we found that ridiculous when we had to pay that last time. We wanted to look around for better deal for next oil change. Saw the sign that said $24 I believe and synthetic oil and the best part of the sign read free check engine diagnosis. Which our 2015 Chyrlser had check engine light on. running like crap. I told my husband to go there and check out and he did the very next week. Out the door for $32? They diagnosed car.and went ste a step further and told us to go to auto Reilly Auto Parts to get our car diagnosed again and get the car parts cheaper there. Very impressive and not crooks!!
