My experience at this shop was unacceptable. The customer service was rude and dismissive, they returned my vehicle with dirt all over the interior even though it had just been professionally detailed, and my emergency brake warning light came on after they worked on my vehicle and has remained on ever since. I have pictures documenting both the dirty interior and the warning light after the service. Instead of trying to resolve these issues, they brushed off my concerns. I'm torn. Dry rot on white boy caused me to need 4 new tires. With the size and rating I was striking out finding someone to get me in that didn't have to order them. I called and talked to Ronnie. He was the one that alerted me to the ratings and asked what I had. V, he said he had it. I get there, it's almost closing so I appreciate that he took me. $550 out the door, for balance and everything. Fine. While there he tells me I need brakes and am at the point where if I don't do it soon I'll need rotors. It's late, I'm tired, I hear you, thanks. In and out in like under 30 mins. The torn part comes in I had another shop I've been dealing with here, WB went in next day for a diagnostic and brakes WERE NOT on the list. To that end when they saw him last year they said I did need them. Thankfully they took pics which I still had and sent to my normal mechanic for my everyday car who's become like family and I trust. Send him the pics and he's like you don't need brakes. I thought I heard them squeak once but never again. I'm not a big braker and come to find out, my dad had already purchased a brand new set of pads that were in the back. Next issue is when I did look at my new tires rating, H! Not what I was told. I called and asked for Ronnie but he was on an errand. Things like this are why women have issues w mechanics. I don't like being told to buy things I don't need and I don't like bait and switch on what someone tells me. Grateful for the mechanic friends I do have that told me that for this vehicle, H was ok - but this wasn't what I was told on the phone and I'm never a fan of that. I get free service on the tires here so good or bad, I'll be back, but I won't be doing any additional services. read more

‼Sales tires with bubbles in it‼‼Came here last Saturday talked to the manager for a kool min told them I needed 4 tires, I was going to Sonoma the next day for the nascar races. Soo dn a long drive almost 2 hours. On my way to get my wife (after getting the tires done) I called them that and told them my car was wobbly af which never happens I drive a premium Cadillac ... they said "it was fine and bring it back after the race & I would be safe , could be just the alignment" . They're straight trash ass bums. All u hadda do was check the tire perro & screw in 4/5 bolts. I went up there and they acted like that sh** was just okay. That tire could have popped on my way to Sonoma or on the way home & me and my wife die. God is good. I bet you & your shop wouldn't think it was funny then. I read reviews on nail removal and decided I'd give them a try. I drove up on late Sunday afternoon with my children in the car, it was very busy when we arrived. Also, one of the only tire shops open 7 days a week. A gentleman walked up to me immediately and asked what I needed. When I requested a nail removal he prompted me to park right up front of the shop. A staff member immediately came over to patch the nail and filled my tire with air. They showed me that it was a screw and it didn't pierce much of the tire. He charged $15 which I feel is more than fair considering it's a business and they still need to make profit in order to service tires. I would say the time was about 5 minutes from arrival to departing. I am impressed with urgency they showed me and were straight to the point. They didn't try to sell me something, just did what I asked and did it efficiently. read more

Went to get my brakes checked and that was all good. Until I was heading home and both tires were loose in my left side. Called them immediately and he was like come back, but I had to wait for a tow truck to come and assist me, I just wanted them to know check your tires when you take them off and put back on. Terrible place. Had 4 new tires installed. Tire pressure was set to 40psi when my vehicle states it should be at 33psi. Then as I leave I noticed how hi they where. I bring down the tire pressure and that's where I noticed all my tire pressure monitors where randomly installed on each tire causing my dash to read the wrong tires at the wrong pressure. I proceed to tell the guy helping me that they need to be calibrated. He then tells me I need to drive to set them properly. I'm telling him that's not how it works they need to be calibrated to the right tire. I leave and come back then he has someone recalibrate them. Like I said they need to be calibrated. All that was fine but, As I'm inspecting my tires the next day I noticed they left a bunch of residue from the previous wheel weights and top of that they completely gouged out all 4 of my rims. I think they used some sharp object to take off the previous wheel weights causing huge scratches all on the inside of my rim. I also told them I wanted to save my old tires in case I get a an unrepairable flat in the future. They said the other ones where too worn out and gave me one. I did t ask you if they were worn out I asked you to save my tires. I would stay far and clear from this place if you have a newer vehicle. If you have some junk of a car go ahead it's cheap. But definitely don't take a new or high end car there they completely butchered my service. I'm extremely upset right now. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. First we were quoted different prices to put our tires on by different employees. Not sure if the employees are pocketing money but 1 person told us 100 to put our tires on, another said 80 and another 70....the guy who put our tires on was very adamant that we needed a wheel alignment. We told him we would think about it. After getting our tires changed by this shop our car drives worse than it did before. I've never heard of getting new tires and your car being worse than before. Took our car to a different place to get a wheel alignment and the problem is still happening. Now we can't help but think that the employee purposely did something to our car/tires so that it would drive faulty. If the business does not attempt to make this right I will contact The California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), The Better Business Bureau, and the bureau of automotive repair. read more
