The pricing is good too but the thing that got me was the main lady Mary who was rude to me. I was told that they could not repair it and that it required a person who is an expert in furniture repair! I told them that I did not need to have it perfect as the frames were old and worn already. They then expressed that it would take 7 hours at approximately $70/hour to repair!!! I couldn't believe it!!! So I left as obviously the store did not want the business. I went to the art shop in Lake park where they fixed the frame, replaced the glass and changed the hardware in both pictures (I had two matching). Total cost $80 and it was done in less than one week. Shout out to Easel Art Supply in Lake Park!!! Do not bother going to Imperial. They were not helpful or friendly and did not have the knowledge or expertise in framing

I've had a great experience with Only Authentics and would highly recommend them to anyone…read moreinterested in entering or expanding within the luxury market. Their focus is on some of the most desirable pieces in the world--Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags, rare Chanel classics, exotic skins, Chrome Hearts, and other hard-to-find collector items. Everything they offer feels carefully selected and genuinely investment-level, not mass-curated or generic inventory. What really gives confidence when working with them is the level of assurance behind each piece. You can tell there is a strong, uncompromising standard when it comes to authenticity and sourcing, which makes the entire process feel secure and trustworthy from start to finish. At the same time, they are very approachable and easy to work with. Whether you're an experienced collector or buying your first luxury item, they take the time to guide you and make the experience smooth and comfortable without any pressure. Overall, Only Authentics stands out as a place where rarity, quality, and trust all come together. I would confidently recommend them to anyone serious about authentic, high-end luxury pieces.

Depending on the time of day, you can find street parking or a public lot to park in. I came around opening for some of the luxury brand shops and found a spot without issue. (Street parking along Worth Ave is pay-for parking.) The staff welcomed us when we walked in and let us look around on our own. If you have questions or wish to see something in one of the cases, they are happy to open the cases to show you. When I was shopping there, they were showing various bags to a lady. I noticed in addition to an impressive collection of Hermes and Chanel bags, they also sell lots of Chrome Hearts items in the back of the shop. While I did not purchase anything or check the prices, this seems like a good place to see rare or unique luxury bags in person. It also seems like their team would be able to assist with finding what you want from current stock or perhaps could help source whatever it is you're looking for.
