Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude. They've never been on top of keeping them trimmed and if I ever mentioned it was met with excuses or double talk. Thanks to Lawn Enforcement for returning my call after their work hours. I had an emergency where…read moremy sprinklers were all running even though my Rainbird System was completely off. Me being a brand new home owner, I had no idea what was going on. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! We greatly appreciate their help!
