Progressive paid two suspected fraudulent bodily injury claims without any type of fraud investion which i repeatedly requested they do. I had a BUMP WITH A Toyota Tundra 2026 truck that had no damage to the bumper whatsoever and the only damage to my 2016 Ford Focus was a 2 inch cosmetic crack just below my hood. Both vehicles were rolling less than 1 mile an hour. The very next day after the BUMP BOTH CLAIMANTS FILED NOT ONLY BODILY INJURY CLSIM BUT ALSO FILED A FRIVOLOUS ABSURD PROPERTY DAMAGE CLAIM. The fraudulent claims were never investigated by the anti fraud unit which i repeatedly requested be done. Progressive paid both the suspected fraudulent bodily injury claims for small amounts at nuisance value and quickly closed the claims with $0 paid on the property damage claim cuz no photos were ever produced showing damage to the bumper cuz there was NO DAMAGE. So i ended up with a MULTI-INJURY AT FAULT ACCIDENT ON MY CLUE Report which grossly misstates why the suspected fraudulent i juries were paid in small amount at nuisance value and no fraud investigation was never done. Progressive then doubled my premium from $101 a month to $220 a month because of how the accident info was categorized on my CLUE Report. I contacted Central Plains independent insurance agency and sent them a long text about what Progressive did and asked them for help getting me a lower premium and explained all of it to them. Frank and Sarah went over and beyond to get me the lowest premium they possible could and even discussed the situation to the underwriter explained the position Progressive put me in by grossly misstated why the suspected fraudulent injury claim got paid. Frank and Sarah did their very best to get me a premium monthly payment only $7 dollars over the $101 i had been paying before Progressive threw me under the bus. I am so grateful for them helping me and all the work they did to get me the lowest premium possible. They actually care about helping new clients and i appreciate their best effort. They are fantastic and have taken a big stressful situation i was put in and saved me. Highly recommended excellent kind and compassionate help. I could not be happier than i am about all their help. They are Rockstars!

Well, I was shocked. I called an Agent and I decided I wanted to change plans because I was scared I would end up without insurance as the deadline was looming. The agent I depended upon knew less than I about the plans! So, I finally changed plans. Then the network made nice, and I could go back to my old plan. Yay! Only she goofed up the dates when reenrolling and they DENIED me. So, what a mess. We parted ways at this point.. Panicked. TRENT TO THE RESCUE. I can't even put a star on this rating. This is a complaint…read moreabout Heidi(I think she's the office manager)....I'm certain it's not her first complaint. She called me(by the way at her convenience...not necessarily mine) this morning and sharply (not kind) asked me to go down to a listing I'm selling and measure two decks...how many stairs...measure stair case(I wouldn't have a tape measure long enough) and call her back with all the dimensions. I said " don't you have pictures?" She said "duh yes...but we have to have dimensions" Me:"don't you have someone in your office that goes out and does that for you?" My real estate broker also has an insurance agency with many different lines they offer....and she is the one that goes out for the Broker and measures and does photos and all leg work. I guess when you're in Bethany at Farmer's you get whoever you can to do the leg work that they themselves should be doing. She said..."of course we need measurements to know how to cover it... surely you know that (my name)". Heidi's demeaning attitude towards me was very hurtful. She continued throughout the whole conversation to degrade me and said at the end "I hope your day gets better (my name)" How sad is she... My dad passed away at 87 from cancer(02/17/22) and I'm the only one to take care of my mom...I was in a hurry getting ready to take her to the eye doctor because on May 10th she came down with shingles in her head and behind her left eye from grieving....I'm doing the best that I can taking care of her....and I still have to work as much as I can because I have no significant other. I've been in real estate sales since August of 1998 and I have never encountered an insurance person or anyone as rude as Heidi!!!! NEVER!!!! I called her back and said..."you know...kindness goes so much further than attitudes like yours...maybe if you think about that before you make another call to someone else to do your leg work that you should be doing yourself...furthermore my sellers have insurance ....they are NOT purchasing insurance...maybe you should call the buyer's agent(I kindly provided the number) or the appraiser...." I will find the address and the name of the person/office over this office...It is my mission to spare anyone/client that comes across her path. She needs some continuing ed on manners and customer service Since I cannot seem to remove this review...I wanted to UPDATE THE REVIEW...Heidi called me last night and we had an amazing conversation...she apologized...but, so did I. It was just a rough morning and we both were having difficulties....Heidi seems to be such a nice person and she has done this line of work for a long time...her like me lost her dad recently so we both new the feelings that go along with that.
