I worked with 3 different remediators to resolve the issue before finding Steve with EPS Lakeland, LLC. I will say that the 3rd remediator did discover a possible shower pan leak and that was very helpful, but after 7 weeks, the job still wasn't done. Steve came out and tested newly. Then he did the work and was finished in 2 days including clearance testing. He also recommended Sleuth, Inc. to come out and determine if the shower pan really does need to be replaced (bad news is that it does, but now I know without a doubt). I went into the unit personally after Steve finished and it's the first time that my allergies didn't flare up since this whole problem started months ago. I'm very happy that I found Steve and I would call him again. I posted the above review on Google last week. I decided to add it to Yelp, because I am still so happy with Steve's work and I think people need to know how good he is. I also want to add that I have been in this affected unit several times since Steve completed his work and I have not had any allergic response since he completed the work a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't be happier. He has put my mind at ease about mold. I know that if I ever have a problem, I just have to call Steve and he will handle it quickly and completely and safely. :)

Most unorganized ppl running a business I've ever seen. No communication between themselves and the scheduling of work to be done. We had a water leak damage my wood floors, therefore had to rip up old flooring and replace with new. Had to cut a hole in drywall to check for mold, about a 2 foot square. Well you'd thought the order of repair would be repair wall first, then flooring and baseboards etc. well just the opposite! My new floor was put down first then, patch and texture walls and paint walls, and then shoe moulding. Had a newbie handy man to do all the work. Well got texture all over my baseboard in my powder room then just painted on top of it. Put shoe moulding down THEN painted had paint on entire perimeter of my NEW wood floors. Need less to say took 2 days to scrap the paint off my new floors. Yes, that really happened!!! And these are professional and construction certified.... And not to mention I was without a kitchen for more than 6 weeks. Which should never been that long but because work was never lined up to get the project started. It was total of time probably only 2-3 weeks, but never had a worker consecutively work for More than 2-3 days then not see someone for 2-3 more days. Could count on no work on a Monday or a Friday. I will not be surprised when I see this business is no longer in business!!! I blame the PD employees for not following up on the work being done and inspecting to see if done properly instead of us having to point out everything to them!! For all the anxiety of dealing with and living in my home during this repair was awful. Stayed in my bedroom and on my back porch for 4 months. I feel we should be compensated for the distress caused solely by PD. Hope this review is helpful and saves someone else from what we went through.

This was the first time I have hired anyone to work on any home. I was skeptical about the quality person and work I would receive. We wanted our kitchen completely re-done and a dining room transformed into a bedroom. We had three contractors submit quotes for the projects. Jason Foster was quoting and actually going to do the work himself. He was there everyday, so there were no issues about accountability, bad communication, or shoddy work. He showed up until the job was 100% complete. We never had to worry about whether he was going to be there or not. His team was always polite and ready to get to work. Onto the work quality: Jason does a great job taking his time when he needs to. He doesn't cut corners to make it easier on himself. He knows the codes and how things need to be done. I feel I even nitpicked a few things, but he had no problems addressing them with no hesitation. We are very happy with the work that was done. Jason works with you, anytime he was uncertain of what we wanted, he got us involved to make choices, and he let us know when we could upgrade from what was quoted. Upgrades and additional work from what was originally quoted were very reasonably priced. We will be hiring Jason(Foster Construction) for any home renovations moving forward. We are very very happy with the work that was done, and how it was done. The overall project exceeded my expectations! I cannot give enough stars!
