It seems the crew may not have been properly trained, as they took the finish off all our exterior locksets. The following is the new owner's response to me questioning when he was going to reimburse me for the ruined locksets (this happened in June, 2022). "Can you be patience ....... During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.
