One week after placing an order the status continues to indicate "preparing for shipment." It seems like 7-days should be enough time to ship a spool of filament. I sent a PM on Facebook Messenger requesting order and shipping information. Instead of responding to my inquiry with useful information, I got a bureaucratic; "not my department, you should email support." There are ONLY 22 people in this company. Considering the company does NOT have thousands of employees spread across multiple locations and time zones, how hard would it have been for the person responding to have checked with "support" or "shipping" or "order fulfillment" and send actual information? Copy all. The lack of customer focus discourages me from spending any more money at STEMfinity.
