I seriously felt more like I was housesitting for a friend - all the comforts were there. It didn't feel stingy or sterile or manufactured like so many 'commercial' lodgings frequently do, and the ones that don't cost more than twice what the Wilma Condo charges. Everything was modern and nice, but with an eye everywhere to practicality and treading lightly on the environment, which are big pluses with me. A lot of things that didn't need to be provided were: quality soap and shampoo in the shower, nice cotton towels and bedding , and a kitchen ready for your gourmet imagination. Did I mention the fantastic views of 270 degrees of Missoula out the huge windows?! The owner was more than accommodating, especially as I'm one of those 'canary in a coal mine' fragile flowers that could drive your average proprietor crazy. An adjoining unit hosted a large dog, who barked at length several times one day, anytime it could hear someone in the hallway. The owner acted immediately when I notified him of this, getting the dog's owner to intervene - problem solved. There were also a few bumps with check-in and check-out, which he handled with grace and generosity. I am going to offer a few caveats to the uninitiated and sensitive folk out there. While you can take these as dings, they are not intended as such, and I don't consider them the owner's fault. The issue is really one of inappropriate mixed-use of the building. The street on which the Wilma is located, Higgins Avenue, is one of the busiest in Missoula, and seems to draw a lot of hollering young folk and large diesel pickups driven more like urban boomcars. Think twice if quiet is especially important to you. Also take stock of what concerts are slated for the Wilma during the time you plan to stay in the condo - bass-heavy music like hip-hop is audible through the *entire building*, even eight floors up. I was assailed by two nights in a row of this, the second night well past 11pm.

I brought the family of four to the Wilma Condo EOM June 2012 (2 adults, 12 and 9 year old…read moredaughters) and it fit our needs perfectly. The condo has a kitchen and laundry and is ideally located with plenty of activities within walking distance (great dining, entertainment and outdoor). Ross was a great host, giving us insight in the must-do's of the area. Should we find ourselves in Missoula again, we will look here first. Thanks, Ross. Jack From CA.

After moving out of my 816 sq. ft., single-floor apartment, I was told by the inspector that cleaning would take an estimated 6-7 hours. Somehow, I was then billed for 10 hours of cleaning with no reasonable explanation. The cleaning company of their choosing failed to provide any detailed, itemized report showing what was actually cleaned or how they justified the extra time. Being charged for additional hours without documentation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. What's even more frustrating is that it took three months of back-and-forth communication for Plum Property Management to ultimately tell me they would not be refunding the extra 3-4 hours they charged. Dragging this out for that long, only to deny accountability, shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants. I would strongly caution anyone renting through this company to document everything and be prepared to challenge questionable charges. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS and how they mention unreasonable charges after move-out. It is sickening how this company takes advantage of people.

They do not respond to emails or calls in a timely manner. They don't provide units that are well built. I rented a unit that the walls literally didn't have a paint covering to wash or protect against wear and tear. This is entrapment to take the tenant's deposit. I plan to take them to court to get mine back if necessary. The month after renting my apartment they lowered the rent price and now I am paying more than anyone else in the building. They are so crooked. I am brand new to town and wish I had seen these reviews before getting a unit from them. BEWARE!

Camp Loge! It looked fun and a cool concept too! But in practice they have some bugs to work out of…read morethe checking in process. A lot more upsetting at the time than now while I write this review, in fact 24 hours later it is mildly humorous. Checking in was a nightmare, after 8 hours on the highway we couldn't get into the room try as we did with the information in the text ie Room number and door code. THERE IS NO OFFICE AND NO STAFF on premises. After a half hour or better on the phone and numerous texts they tell us our room number was changed and no one notified us. They apologized. Finally with matching room number and door code we're in the room sitting on the bed and simmering down. The decor is Spartan OMG. We're not pampered people but we're no extreme sports athletes either and this was designed with the latter in mind. So we walk four blocks in the dark in a strange town because there's nothing to eat here. This is the good part of the review. We stumbled upon "The Old Post" bar; review to follow. Great food great vibes and thus with dinner and 2 martinis I am ready to forgive and forget the check-in nightmare. Four blocks walk back to the hotel and I am feeling much better. BUT! The entry doors are locked and we don't have the code it's not mentioned in the texts or check-in instructions and of course there's no real live person and no office. But there's a couple sitting by the elevator with their luggage busy on their phones. We bang on the door and they let us in. I thank them and ask if they are waiting for a ride or Uber. No they say in unison: we can't get into our room and we're trying to find another place to stay! My wife tried to help them through the drill to no avail. I suppose that they left for another hotel. The room is perfectly fine; clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is just a few, maybe four blocks from great bars and restaurants. It's a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed the walks. Things to know - tips! 1) You might want to confirm your room number and door code before arriving. 2) The entrance door code is the same as your room door code. 3) There is ample free parking some of it covered (under the rooms) 4) There are no ground floor rooms. 5) The thing hanging from the ceiling in your room is a hammock. Perhaps for unexpected overnight guests

We had a difficulty in managing the amenities like the TV!? There was a confusion on their very restrictive reservation policy over how to reserve a room and how to cancel a reservation. Before we were done, we ended up spending essentially $800 for the one night we spent there. Probably the most expensive "free" porcelain coffee cup ever. When trying to contact someone to resolve the problem; if you could get through the phone tree, there was no one who would return the call. Topping it all off the parking is so cramped that I had to replace the trim on our truck. There's a very nice Red Lion right across from the hospital on Broadway. HELLO, LOGO anyone home? Believe me, there's no "we'll leave the light on for you." Why bother, they'll never read it.
