My entire family wears glasses and we would have purchased many more pairs. it's not if a business messes up, it's how they fix it. Refusing to deal with the situation is not right. I'm sick and tired of employers that don't give staff the authority to be able to help their supporters. Sorry I can no longer recommend a business that doesn't put customers first!

If i could give zero stars I would. The Dr essentially…read moreignored us (me and my two kids under 4) and was not even in the office for the first 20 minutes of our appointment. When she did arrive she went straight to the bathroom for 10 minutes, then when she came to the main reception area she had a personal conversation with her front end staff about who was leaving the office, and how sad she was. Then they proceeded to log into the computers while discussing the cost of other items and where to order them from when they realize they have no WIFI. Now all 3 staff members are gone to the back rooms. No one says anything to us, my kids are slowly but surely losing it. It's been 30 minutes since we arrived and not one thing has happened outside of them taking our private benefit information and taking my son to a back room for 5 minutes where no exam was completed. We will NEVER come back here.
