The lash studio where they actually do the lashing is also super comfortable. The beds comfy and bed they cover you in the softest blanket, they definitely do a lot to make sure the customer is comfortable. I've been here twice now once for a full set and once for a fill so I'll start with my first experience. I made a same day appointment with Bianca for a classic set, I had some technical issues trying to book the appointment on my phone so they sorted it all out for me and booked the appointment. I came in for my appointment sat in the waiting room while filling out all the necessary paperwork. Bianca was the lash tech and she was super patient and didn't rush! They definitely take their time in order to ensure everyone who leaves loves their lashes. They specialize in putting a lash on each and everyone of your natural lashes so they don't cheap out like some other salons that limit the lash amount per eye. Over the next 2 weeks next to no lashes fell out I'd say I probably lost less then 20 lashes which is totally normal with your natural lashes! I booked a fill appointment 2 weeks later and came in to get my lashes filled again with Bianca and she did an amazing job filling once again! I left and my lashes look amazing! Super full and fluffy. And I know they'll be on for a while. Like with most things I find you get what you pay for, so yes although they may be an investment just know if you go to BxD lash you'll walk away with the best lashes, the best service and having the best quality products available used!
