I had a prescription already and was just shopping around for glasses. I walked in and was greeting by a gentleman who explained how it works and how they have a get two pairs special. I didn't need two pairs and I wasn't sure how to just buy one pair (nor did the guy explain it well), so I was immediately kind of doubting I'd get something here. I looked at the various framed which ranged from $99 to over $300 and just couldn't find something I liked or fit me well. Plus, the Mr. World dude wasn't there to entice me in any way. His amazement of this average store is misguided.

I've been getting my eyes examined here once/year for nearly a decade and can't believe that I've…read morenot reviewed them yet. For starters, its been a decade for them providing me this service so I suppose that says it all for my satisfaction with the service here. I don't have any complaints. I typically call in the Summer to schedule my annual visit for the Fall. I've always been able to get my first or second appointment choice without issue. They are pretty good with the automated and personal reminders for appointments. If an earlier appointment becomes available, you'll get automated message to opt for the earlier appointment if you want it. Once on site, I'm typically greeted by the staff working up front in the showroom doing eye glass fittings, etc. The exam in performed in the back. At check-in, you're ID and insurance is verified and you're given a clip board with documents to complete. Probably best to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to have time to complete these without a rush. Most of the time, I've probably waited 5-10 minutes after handing in my clip board before the tech takes me in for the ocular screenings. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the Doc is immediately ready for you and sometimes there could be a short wait. Once you're done with the Doc, you pay and receive your prescription, if you have one. If you have a prescription and want to fill it, then you'd see the staff up front. Everyone has been cordial, friendly and helpful. Overall, its been good enough for me to continue coming back.

The office is modern and clean. The equipment is top-technology and it is well maintained. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the technician and interns to the doctors, they all take their time to explain and answer any questions. I have never felt rushed during my visits. They have a wide selection of frames but brands tend to be on the high-end side. Ultimately what you pay is based on your insurance.

The office staff is super helpful, they were able to get my husband and I appointments right next to each other, so we could come at the same time. They also explained our insurance coverage to us really well, in regard to getting eye glasses. They have a fairly large selection of eye glasses to choose from if you end up needing them. I took a picture of one panel of glasses, but they have 4 or 5 more outside of the picture I took. There's lots of parking available! My mentor gifted me a visit for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses as a graduation gift. I loved those glasses with my WHOLE heart and wore them throughout the first couple years of my time at Cornell, prior to my prescription changing. While I now only peruse their collections in-store or online from time to time, I have always appreciated how they've kept up with the trends in styles and their wide range/variety in frame styles, shapes, colors, you name it. They offer such unique looks as well and it's just a great eyecare store. Even though I haven't had the insurance that SEE takes to have my frames and exams fully covered here, I never rule them out of rotation when shopping for new frames. I do get a slight percentage off, so I keep that in mind as well. It also helps that any time I've visited their storefront that the staff is AMAZING. I went to their store this past weekend to take a gander at some of their frames and was helped by Lillian - she was just a doll! Super sweet, kind and very knowledgeable of the frames. She helped me determine some pricing of frames that I was interested in as well as looked up my insurance benefits to give me snapshot of what my insurance would cover in their store. Again, my current insurance through my job is not an insurance that they take, however, I do get some discounts with my current insurance. All in all, this eyewear store is just a gem! I was able to get into central Florida eye clinic within a few days. My first thought was, it's possible that the practice isn't great with no waiting for an appointment. However, everything about both of my visits was great! The office is nice and clean, the front desk girl is super sweet and she helps with some tests and such. Dr. Kazi was very thorough, has amazing bedside manner and is conservative in his treatment plan. I appreciate that in a Dr, as some might suggest to just cut your eye out.
