He checked my eyes (couldn't find my original Rx) and made the necessary measurements for the frames. About a week later they arrived and I went by to get them. I removed my old glasses and he placed the new ones on me, I could see very well. At the time, I did not notice there was a crack near the nose piece on the right side. I paid him and left. The next morning I noticed the line on the right side on the nose piece... it was a crack, and had been glued. I was flying out of town that morning and couldn't go back to inquire about the crack. Just before my flight a friend noticed the line and said it looked like they had cracked the frames installing the lens. Then the next day I attempted to carefully clean them with water and soft cotton cloth and the frame separated at the crack. Being out of town, I tried to glue it back with no success. I wore them being as cautious as possible until I returned. I realized now after five days it was unlikely he would not own up to having broken them...especially since he didn't when I picked them up. I went elsewhere and bought new frames and had the lenses installed. Again, Marc seems to be a nice man, but I will not return to his store in the future. He should have been forthcoming with having damaged my expensive frames... very sad situation for him to not have done so. Even still, I wish him the best.

The sales transaction wasn't found, but they were able to help me locate the same ones at an outlet here in Indiana. I hate to put out the money for another pair, but that's how much I loved them!
