I bought a six-pack of lymphatic massage/wood treatments, without quite knowing what to expect. And I'm glad I did. Claudia, of the strong fingers, hands and arms, does my massages. She thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should do to get optimum results. I enjoyed the first treatment which was quite interesting. Laying back on my red- light heating pad in a dim room, looking up at the ceiling, I thought this might be what it's like to see the Northern Lights. The lights moving across the ceiling as well as the soft music made for a very relaxing time. And the next morning I was ecstatic. My waistline had lost an inch, and my weight was down 4 1/2 pounds. I completed my 6 massages in 3 weeks during which time I have lost a total of 7 lbs and 3 inches in the waistline. Love my massages.

I don't want to give much of it away, but lets just say before WIW my wedding dress didn't zip up by an inch... 2 days after? the dress was loose and the seamstress was going crazy trying to make it fit my body. I was a little leery and skeptical about venturing in to a spa facility without seeing their work…read moreor getting a recommendation from a friend and/or acquaintance, but I am glad that I went against my gut! Local Sweet Life also is quite a drive away from my home and again, I am glad that I did not listen to my gut! Here's why, this is a boutique spa that is ran an operated by the trilingual owners who remain onsite from open to close (which is rare). Both are highly educated from reputable institutions and are not entrepreneurs who line their business with plastic women who took a quick course from a for profit institution and who are not passionate about making a difference and are more interested in getting free beauty perks. I work hard for my money and I don't want to waste it! I also want in-depth knowledge regarding each treatment from a source who is formally trained and customer driven. I have learned and received up to date knowledge during each visit! I initially went for 6 treatments and now have been going for over a year and I am rather pleased. I have seen some clients come and go and who did not follow the advised regime. I did follow it and I have lost close to 50lbs and several inches! I am beyond pleased with my decision to drive past their competition to my sanctuary that is adding years to my life!

I was greeted right away and given a full consultation complete with weight and measurements taken. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very sweet and really want you to reach your goals. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because after completing 12 sessions I can confidently say the zerona does absolutely nothing. I have very little fat to lose yet I feel I threw $1000 away because nothing has changed. I even paired it with the sauna half the time! I know they offer other services like massage and chemical peels which I'm sure are great but I can't recommend the zerona.

I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying…read morethat Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.
