He could have charged me the price of an ice cream or something but he chose not too. What's that mean for qt? Did they loose out on 25 cents of whipped cream? Not at all. I go out of my way to come to this qt, this isn't the first time they have given my doggo a "pup cup" but this is where I get my gas and everything else. I never spend less than 60 bucks when I come here. Small gestures and smiles go along way. I appreciate the staff here.

You have a teenager (to my knowledge) who's never worked with adults before and his only concern was about counting the money in the safe and the ATM machine and going to the bank, never helping employees stock things, making coffee, stocking cups, putting out back stock anything of physical labor. But he's quick to condemn you if you're a one-man show trying to fill four different types of coffees and stock the coffee bar area, fill the cappuccino, vacuuming every 30 minutes, stocking the cigarettes, checking in vendors, dusting, all while cashiering alone. Most of the time they're huddled up in the office . On more than one occasion I've had to actually go back there in the office and ask for help because I've had 15 people in line ( people walking out), with three managers plus myself working. And hard work does not pay off. I went above and beyond every day that I worked there until after I found out that everybody got a dollar raise even the meth heads. They get to show up whenever they feel like it, no call no shows & theft with no repercussions. Let's talk about the "secret contract" as to why certain people get promoted while others who are not substance abuse users or coworkers messing around with other coworkers husbands get demoted and promoted again all in the same month. Again no repercussions. Because if you're not in the click, and are not indebted then you get treated like crap. Your hours get cut, I was spoken to about a promotion at another store (text message proof) but then got beat out by a girl who has no managerial experience (as I do) that owes the manager now for her car. And forget getting all the hours that you worked on your paycheck. They like to deduct the overtime pay ( when I first started) and put it on the previous week worked , where you received less overtime hours paid. Happened on every paycheck except the last one. There's so much more that I could post that I've not only seen for myself or heard straight from the horse's mouth. If I was Sam I would be wondering why all the people who weren't substance abusers QUIT. I think you need to be drug testing.....You can look a lot of your employees up on the PARKER COUNTY JAIL website. ( Just fyi.) I would fill in at one of their other stores on my two days off which were Wednesday and Thursday. But when I asked (general manager) why I got paid a dollar less to drive further and in cash. Then my hours were cut out completely and reduced at my main store. Without warning. I was doing them a favor helping them out because they can't keep help and now I know why. They have current employees who are robbing him blind (you ever wonder why your food bill is so expensive and your profits are so low) and yet nothing gets done. That's because "somebody" is covering for all of these employees. And yes they are on camera doing this. ( You should really watch your own cameras) I was told that also from the horse's mouth. I showed up everyday to work, on time, looking professional not like I rolled up out of bed. Only called in once and missed 3 days because of covid and was back at work because they needed the help.
