I was also interested in the availability of gas as this place was shown on the news for continually running pumps (and totals due) even after the pump was shut off and consumers had completed their fueling process. The news visited at least 2 times, and both of which the specific pump was still operable. As I entered the parking lot, it was clear that ALL pumps were out of service. However, the parking lot near the store part was still quite full. As I approached the door, there was a sign that warned customers that only cash was being accepted. As I asked the "gentleman" behind the counter for the particular scratch-off that I wanted, he rolled his beastly ass up from the floor, wearing his brightly colored vest, spit his tobacco juice into an old used soda bottle, squinted his eye at me, and just stood there looking at me. I politely asked again. He then made it clear that he was offended by the fact that I thought he worked there. I gave myself a 2-second check of my surroundings, apologized for the confusion as he was the only person behind the counter, suggested he find some sort of employment that causes him to present himself in a more becoming manner, and waited for the true clerk to emerge. As I waited, I also noticed that the only other customer in the store was another man, who had clearly just left the beach and was planning for more beer and snack. As he piled his goods on the counter and returned to the shopping area for more, I made the same request to the "real" clerk who emerged from the back, on his cellular phone, seeming cursing and clearly fussing, all while not ending his phone call in any sort of a hurry. Such was a clear indication that he was not expecting too many customers...As I made my request, he quickly said: oh, I can't sell any of those. As I pulled away, I realized the vehicles in the parking lot were present for the same thing: to repair or remedy the problem with the gas pumps. Either way, I won't be returning anytime soon as it also became clear that this place probably shouldn't be open, is only taking cash to avoid precautions put in place to protect consumers, is clearly avoiding the GOVERNMENT, and probably knows nothing of taxes. When i say rude, i mean they don't even greet you upon entering, They are ALWAYS ON THE PHONE. They don't even hang up when you are ready to check out. Most of them have no personality whatsoever. The only person that has ever been half decent, is Sam. But recently, they have a new girl working there and she has really made a difference in the little tine she has been there!!! She is constantly working! The store is looking way better inside and out, and it smells 90% better than before! And she greets you and makes small conversation with you, unlike the other employees who seem to wish you had never stepped foot inside the store. My only complaint is that the store needs to order more. They're always running out if product and a lot of stuff is expired. Otherwise, just keep on trying to improve and get rid of those employees that are bad for business.

My partner needed needles (for prescribed medicine) and they were honestly more than eager to help. They asked if we had a prescription there and we answered no because it's originally from Walgreens, but he asked to see the prescription just to prove why we needed them (which we had). Everything was smooth sailing after that. If we happen to be near this location again I would 100% go again. There was two kind men who helped us, I wish I had caught both names but I believe one of them was Roman/Rowan ? Not entirely sure but great experience :)

It's way outside the belt and should actually be listed as somewhere like Clear Lake or Webster or something. League City perhaps. It's nice down here and this gas station is cheap and accessible and we like it. It's clean and has tons of pumps and it's never really too busy. Sometimes it's the cheapest in the area and for that reason it is a better option than most others.

The shrimps here are prepackaged and are found in the freezer section. It's not a steal deal or good quality nor quantity. The shrimps were solid cold and froze together. When we got the bait we had to leave them in the sun to thaw out. They are pretty small too. Fishing & hunting licenses sold here, fishing gear also.
