Easy to get into, but difficult to exit on the access road - traffic is too busy to try and exit onto the exit road heading west on I-10. Your best bet is to exit the north exit onto UTSA BLVD, turn right and then take the first turn around to get heading back West on UTSA blvd and then finally onto the I-10 access road. I have to write a review to do this gas station justice! I haven't gone inside the store to buy anything but I have gotten gas here plenty times. Guess what? They ALWAYS have one of the cheapest gas in town! It's almost as cheap as Costco gas on the other side of the highway. As a result, I always make a stop here to fill up gas. It is easy to get into. I got scammed at their car wash. I purchased The Works for $9 and input my code while the truck in front of me was nearly done. When the truck's car wash ended, the driver backed up intentionally and inched forward to start up the car wash that was intended for me. There was already a car behind me so I was trapped. Maybe there needs to be a distress button on the car wash keypad!! Instead, I took pictures of the man's plates & tried to notify the gas station. Unfortunately, Exxon's phone number listed is incorrect & I didn't have time to go inside. Lessons learned: don't input your car wash code until the other car has cleared out, don't go back to a place that gives you bad vibes, wash your car at the Wash Tub or $5 Car Wash instead. read more

Nah, I ain't about this life. Terrible service, always someone new working at night. Only similarity is that they are unfriendly and don't even talk to you throughout the transaction. All pastries are their own brand - no variety, and super marked up. Also, drinks in he cooler are not stocked properly, and when you ask if they have anymore of a certain beverage they deny ever even carrying it - even if you just purchased it from that location 1 week prior. I consider myself to be a convenience store connoisseur, so it's pretty tough to BS me. Second 7-11 in the area to disappoint me. Get it together 7-11. Until then, I will frequent the awesome Valero Cornerstore across the highway. read more

Excellent customer service. My car wash code wouldn't work. Went into the store where they were giving away free pizza. Someone very friendly greeted me as I came in, they took care of me and upgraded my wash for my troubles. Awesome! read more

I am giving you guys 3 stars because you have great employees and service, your store always looks clean and well organized. I don't ever get hassled to purchase $5 of extra CRAP like I do when I go across the street to Valero....BUTTTTTT....here's the big but. You guys' coffee station is so terrible. Not only is it awkward and on both sides of your island so I have to go back and forth for creamer and coffee, but your coffee just is not good. It always tastes too watery and it just doesn't taste good no matter what type of blend I choose, and your creamer/flavor shot machine is wack-get rid of that POS and get a better one, or just get rid of it completely and stock up on the coffee mate creamers in different flavors. If not for your coffee bar, I would give 5 stars, but because that's the only reason I stop in the morning, is for coffee, I could not. Also I like your employees better than the competitor across the street, even though their coffee is better. Hopefully you can improve that part of your store, then I will feel so much better about giving you all 5 stars! read more

This report concerns the Exxon 7-11 on the corner of Highway 183 and Burnet road in Austin Texas. On Friday 7/31 at about 11:50 PM I attempted to redeem two coupons at this location. The attendant told me I wasn't allowed to use two of them. I asked for my coupons back. He handed them back and told to "Eat shit and die". I went a different location and redeemed them successfully. That attendant should be fired immediately! read more
