For one thing the prices are great- especially if you also do your grocery shopping at Harris teeter in which case you get deep discounts on fuel. Today I got 50 cents off PER GALLON and I got 16 gallons! The gas station is essentially fully automated though there is a human there if you need one. They have basically a convenience store in vending machines, and it's open 24 hours.

Pretty useful gas station down in Fort Mill which I've used on many occasions, and is way cheaper than anything in Charlotte - and it's only a few minutes to the south on the highway so that's the reason I often end up here. As I said - Nice cheap gas station just inside South Carolina which I've used now on a number of occasions as it is always trusty and it's usually either the cheapest or the joint cheapest all along Carowinds Road down to Rock Hill. Scan your Costco membership card to start, then your credit card, and the pump wakes up immediately. It's quick, efficient, and exactly what you expect from Costco fuel, which is part of the appeal. Nothing more frustrating then having to burn diesel to get propane. I also found it impossible to get any decent advice on where I could get a refill. Not an exchange...a refill. Found a local named Mudhole on the job site from the area who told me about this little hidden gem. Killians Service Center. Not far from where I was staying and a route that involves absolutely no traffic. The guys that I dealt with were fast and friendly with the propane service and always willing to jump right on it when I came in. I hope this review helps another person on the lookout for propane.
