One time I pulled up, and some trucker started blowing his horn at me. Since, he weighs a lot more than me, I just left. But I was just checking out gas prices anyway to report them on the GasBuddy App. Gas prices are one of the highest in the area at all times. Gas is always cheaper at Walmart, Kroger and Dodges Store. There are a bunch of potholes to the right of the gas station pulling out if you are headed West on Highway 8. They have cheap pizza here. It's not the easiest place to leave out of because of all the traffic on the Highway.

Anyway, everything is clean and new inside and outside. Great customer service too as they checked me out and were friendly in doing it too. Yes, I will be back here. I like it. They close every day at 11pm and open early every morning before most people get out of bed. They have some pretty good prices on cans of RC which is what bought. RC is cheaper here than Cokes or Pepsi's. RC is distributed right here in Cleveland. Gas prices are pretty reasonable too.

Cashier today, was very sarcastic and unprofessional! I stood in line to pay for gas, once I got to…read morethe register I decided to get 3 potato logs and grabbed 2 bags of chips and a body armor. I let the cashier know what pump I was on and she quickly said: the pump isn't working! I said you may wanna put a sign on the pump because at the time all of the pumps were in use and I know several people will do the same as I, so why not let it be know that the pump isn't working vs having people walk in the store only to be told this? She proceeds to ask me which pump will I move to? I said I'm not sure being that they were all in use. Pump 3 becomes empty so she set that pump. Then someone pulled up to pump 3... she stands there looking clueless?! She had issues ring my items, so at this point I'm frustrated with her rudeness, I told her that that was fine! I'll take the gas and chips because this is all she was able to ring up. She then asked... you want 1 potato log? After I clearly said 3. She then asked was I using card or cash? I replied: yes, I'll be using tap/ Apple Pay. She says: that's a card! I walked out the store, let the guy on pump 3 know that I paid for gas at this pump. He asked me to pull up and he pumped my gas for me instead of moving and have me move to that pump. The cashier told me that she wasn't allowed to let it be known that the pump was out of order! Another customer in front of me, asked for 2/10 piece orders of chicken, they did not have any chicken. She alerted the cook that someone wanted chicken, the cook said to the customer: give me your phone number and I can call when it's available! That customer simply says that's ok. This same cashier immediately started talking about this customer as if she wanted other customers to chime in! Ridiculous! And to think... the cook still had scrambled eggs in the warmer! I go to this Ricks every other day, I have never had an issue!

The cashier will smile if you say something funny but he never talks. Anyway, customer service is about average for a gas station in the Mississippi Delta. Cops frequent this business as I see one in here sometimes, or they are parked close by for some reason. I have seen this business make the evening news on TV recently. There is also a problem about the phone here. They have several phone numbers listed but when you call it, 2 of them are disconnected. The third one sometimes they will answer but when they do, you can't understand them. I think they have changed their phone number several times. I do know they can't speak English very well whether you come in here or if they answer the phone.
