For a week or so I was communicating with someone from the dealership about test driving a used…read morevehicle on their website. I was doing this through email and the person who I was communicating with included their email signature picturing their job title as "Online Sales Specialist" (Signature Screenshot Attached). Throughout the week I had multiple questions that were entertained and/or answered. After driving more than an hour to the dealership, I was informed that I had been communicating with their AI representative, and that the vehicle was already in the process of being sold. The vehicle had not yet been removed from the dealership's website, so the AI system was unaware that it was no longer available, resulting in an unnecessary trip. Not only had this happened, but I also scheduled an appointment online through their own calendar, with confirmation. First of all, I was never made aware at any point that the assistant I was communicating with was an AI assistant. Now there isn't a law that they must disclose that it is AI generated communication, (There are multiple bills in the Northeast that havent been passed yet) but it is highly unethical to do so and is genera practice. Not to mentioned that the email signature they include in the replies is incredibly misleading. Even with this, my biggest problem is that I had an appointment booked and nobody took notice to the problem, whether that is the very irresponsible manager fault, or whoever deals with scheduling. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a used car does not even think about doing so with Paul Miller VW. They are incredibly unprofessional and appear to have little coordination between their online sales process, scheduling system, and dealership staff. I would like to emphasize that I am not opposed to the use of AI, but this is a candid example of it being used the wrong way.

I don't know why this company has so many negative reviews. I just had my windshield replaced by…read morethem and the whole experience, soup to nuts, was excellent! I called around to check prices with a few local shops, by the quotes were all a bit high. I checked Yelp reviews and I was going to skip over Safelite, but I figured at least I could get a quote. The quote was at least $100 less than the next lowest price. On top of that, I found coupons online for $80 off, which worked. The company does charge an extra $40 recycling fee for the old glass and tax. I went all the way and booked an appointment for a few days out. I received text and email confirmations. The tech called to let me know when he was on the way to my location. He arrived within the appointment time and he performed all of the work to replace a cracked windshield within about an hour and a half, which included rust touchup. The windshield came with a new rubber boarder, which I am grateful, since the old one was worn and frayed. Chris, the tech, was polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. He did everything right! Cleaned up, tightened up everything, checked his work, and cleaned up everything! The service was performed at my location, not in the shop. There are very few companies that go through the great level of service as this fella did. My windshield is shiny and new. I am very pleased! They guarantee everything.

They wanted $350 to diagnose the problem and then told me that depending on the problem, it would cost between $600-$1,200. I then called Scott at Pro Automotive in Flanders. He ordered and replaced the Apple car play module for approximately $300. We have been going to Scott for years and he comes through every single time!!! Honest, reliable and hard working....he's the best!!! End of story.

DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.
