We had just left a doctor visit in Little Rock where we discussed treatment options for my husband's cancer. a little compassion would have been nice. When we called the store to speak to the manager we found out it was HER! We explained the cancer situation and that we weren't in the best frame of mind. Her only answer was "well, don't take it out on me!" seriously? Is you all you think about! Simply apologize, take some blame and be nicer! She acts like she was baptized in vinegar! i don't know who hurt you lady but you seriously need some training on how to treat people!!!!

Some of the other employee's are rude as well, mainly the older one who always looked like a mess with long frizzy red hair, but Destinee on graveyard is the hardest working employee and the nicest so far at the Bryant, Ar location and the oldest face there. I frequently come in around 3 am and she always greets me with a warm smile and a bright "good morning" and she ALWAYS has my cigarettes ready for me at the counter. Destinee is such a value to this store and all of her customers that I meet coming in and out always adore her. I hope Destinee one day gets the recognition she deserves because that girl is constantly running around and doing things for her boss no matter how much it stresses her out, so I hope her boss appreciates how hard she works for her and the company because if it wasn't for Destinee I wouldn't step foot in this store. Destinee always had the store clean, smelling good, and the coffee station looking amazing but when I go during the day the counters will be dirty, there will be old coffee and the bathrooms aren't as clean.

Adding unauthorized donations and charges is unethical and unacceptable. Many people will let it go to avoid the headache but this is not cool! Check your receipts. This is the first Casey's to come to our area. We grew fond of Casey's pizza when we lived in a…read moredifferent state up north. The pizza, so far, has been very good. The ease of ordering on the app is great. The deals they regularly offer are definitely a nice perk. I have no problem whatsoever, so far, with the pizza. My issues are with the service, particularly the inability to get the pizza out on time. Now, I'm not one that is banging on the counter when the app says it's ready, but I do expect it to be somewhere in the ballpark. The last two orders I placed were quite late getting to me. We typically eat supper early so we rarely are ordering during peak times. Both times I came in after the wait time given in the app (19 minutes), and my pizzas were either just being made or just being put into the oven. It's only about ten more minutes wait, but a bit frustrating when there's no apparent reason for the delay. We're not giving up on this Casey's because it's the only one around (and that may be the issue), but I would sure like to see them make punctually a higher priority.
